When we were contacted by the Shuey's, who had given our Brodie (Ch Fair Isle Above The Rim CD JH) a wonderful and loving home for many years, saying they were ready for another Gordon ... the difficult decision was made to give Burghley the opportunity to have a new home. Being an "only" child would be so good for him and who could deny any dog such a fabulous life.
So in May 2016 Burghley went to live in north central Pennsylvania and share his life with Brenda & Larry. Nothing like living right next door to Pennsylvania State Gamelands. And maybe Brenda might even let Larry take Burghley out hunting sometimes!
